Simpurity Microroll Gauze is made of prewashed, 100% woven gauze that has been fluffed to create a larger cushion to protect wound areas. The Microroll gauze rolls contain PHMB, which has a broad range of antiseptic activity against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including several multi-drug resistant strains like MRSA. Microroll gauze offers a less expensive method of treatment.
